Typical Properties

CW container desiccant blanket are made of Calcium  Chloride and gel. Calcium Chloride is a hygroscopic salt able to attract and bind large amounts of moisture. In a high humidity and high humidity environment (reference: temperature 60℃, relative humidity 90%, 30 days), saturated moisture absorption can be up to 300% of its own weight.

CW efficient desiccants absorb moisture and turn the resultant mix into a gel by means of an irreversible reaction, which will not possibly leak. The container desiccant blanket can be laid flat on the outer packaging of the goods, which takes up almost no extra space, has a large moisture absorption surface and a faster moisture absorption speed.

For products that are more sensitive to humidity, or where the temperature difference between the shipping area and the current season in China is large, 1-2 pieces can be appropriately added. For details, please consult Chunwang sales representative.

Packing Format

1 item per plastic bag, and 6 bags per carton, with a total of 6 items per carton.

Shelf Life

18 Months from date of production if stored in a dry warehouse with normal humidity and if packaging remains sealed. If packaging is opened, use the desiccants as soon as possible, and re-seal the plastic bag immediately after use.

Health and Safety

The double-sided adhesive is attached to the back of the container desiccant blanket .If the packaging such as a carton is easy to slide,you can tear off the adhesive to cover the outer packaging according to actual needs.

 Calcium chloride releases a little heat after absorbing water, which is normal.

 Wash your hands after use and avoid direct contact with eyes.
