Introduction 

During the container shipment and storage, the great temperature difference between day and night made the gas-rich air temperature supersaturated, which was locked in the container during the day. the cargo usual go through the hot temperature marine like climate and big difference in temperature, which could be between 0 ℃ -80 ℃ and the humidity could be up to 98%. We call it the dew condensation phenomenon. When the temperature is 30 ℃, the water content of the air is 30.4g/m3, if the temperature from 30 ℃ to 18 ℃ lower, the water vapor content will be reduced to 15.4 g/m3. Other water vapor condenses into water, which is commonly known as "container rain". It would cause a very negative impact to the goods packing image, so, we need a certain quantity of Container Dry Pack of Moisture Absorbente to solve this problem.

Product Description

- Container Dry Pack of Moisture Absorbent can fight mold, mildew, corrosion and rust, and fight against  container rain-inch that happens during transit of freight, which is a great protection for larger areas like garages, shipping containers, crawl spaces, etc.

- This higher performance means a lesser quantity is needed to maintain a low humidity, which makes packing a container more straight forward and handling the desiccant much easier.

-  Before using container desiccant, Inspect the container, ensuring that: 1). It is free from damage: no holes, gaps in the floor, walls or ceiling, etc. 2). It is clean and dry. 3). Check moisture content of container floor , best keep it below 18% , do not exceed 25%, Had better increase the amount of desiccant in the container. 

Application

a: for floor exceeding 20% moisture content add 1 piece 1kg desiccant for each 1.5%; 

b: for ramie cotton fabric or other products exceeding 18% moisture , add 1 piece 1kg desiccant for each 1.5%. 

c: for grass rattan fabric ,palm products or other high content products, add 2 pcs 1kg desiccant for each 1.5%.
