The day ends. The above candidates for supervisors meet the requirements for the qualifications of supervisors in the Company Law, the Articles of Association and other relevant laws and regulations. Before the expiration of the term of the first session of the Supervisory Committee and the appointment of the Supervisors of the Second Board of Supervisors, the original Supervisors continued to perform their duties as supervisors.

Zhou Aiping, female, born in 1984, Chinese nationality, no permanent residency abroad, high school education. From 2003 to 2014, he served as sales clerk of Shenzhen Chunwang Industrial Co., Ltd., assistant manager of sales department of Shenzhen Chunwang Industrial Co., Ltd., head of sales department of Shenzhen Chunwang Industrial Co., Ltd.; since 2014, he has served as Shenzhen Chunwang Supervisor of Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. and Head of Sales and Industry Department. Dong Hong, female, born in May 1987, junior college, Chinese nationality, no permanent residency abroad. From July 2008 to August 2012, he worked in Quanzhou Hengde Group Co., Ltd., position: foreign trade salesman, joined Shenzhen Chunwang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in September 2012, and served as the head of the foreign trade department.

None of the above supervisor candidates have been included in the list of unrecognized joint disciplinary targets. They are not subject to joint disciplinary action for breach of trust and comply with the requirements of the “Regulations on the Implementation of Joint Disciplinary Measures for Untrustworthy Subjects” in the share transfer system.
